As the year hurtles along at a pretty fast pace. I cannot believe the school holidays are over. We have enjoyed a relaxed couple of weeks. Staying close to home – we spent time at the beach, had some fun at Inflatable World and hung around the house, taking things easy.
Managing Brendan’s cancer at home with chemo tablets has made his life easier. He is getting better at walking with his prosthetic, but the fit still is not quite right. He is persevering with it and looks well within himself. His oncology review is coming up in May. They are always stressful, and we both get a bit moody in the days leading up to the clinic. Hopefully, the medication is still effective; if it is, we will keep enjoying life as usual –gratefully.
Life is Good, and Hope is Limitless.
