Earthing: a simple, natural practice that you can slip easily into your every day. It might surprise you how little time you spend connecting to the earth barefoot when you make a conscious effort to do it regularly.
I remember as a kid, earthing didn’t have a ‘buzz’ name…it was really just running around outside barefoot. (and still is) We didn’t realise it was a healthy way of being…because our parents were often trying to make us put our shoes back on, rebelling, we chose to kick them off every chance we got.
It seems strange now, as an adult, that we need to be reminded to kick off our shoes and get out and side and play. Even when deep down we know we should all be doing it.
