A little relaxation never hurt anyone- so every chance you get take a minute to read, walk the dog, swim in the ocean, hike through the forest, hop on your bike, your board or your yoga mat. Garden. Have a cup of tea, draw, or drink coffee with a friend. Stop, sit, run, dance, sleep, meditate, practice, laugh, pause and play. Breathe! And simply Be.
