Life’s good and hope is limitless!
NB: yesterday I wrote an update on my husbands cancer treatment and in doing so the inspiration for today’s Tip from the Tip Jar came to me. In a time where you find yourself that busy doing that there is little time left for being – a reminder to reset the busy to a more manageable pace that puts your wellbeing at the top of your list, is important.
Be Time was deserving of it’s very own stand alone post … this will make it easier to find if you need another little reminder in the future!
I find the writing & photo challenges that I participate in to be a great escape from the busyness of life, they are a fun and creative way to take a few minutes and shift focus.
